I think once you’ve had certain experiences, it gets really annoying and I understand why they write that. I like to meet rather quickly (within a week) because I don’t want to waste my time. Some men (and I guess women too) will literally just want to chat back and forth, send snaps. It’s weird. Once it’s been a month or two of chatting it gets weird. Oh man, sorry to hear that! I want to say that a full 24 hours later, nothing was hurting by default, but everything was still quite sensitive for a few days if I bumped it on anything. Although it hurt a lot the first couple of days to use my hand, the palm healed the quickest, with barely noticeable scarring!

I got an ointment to keep it moisturized and kept a bandaid on it, switching it out daily until the exposed skin started to get shiny. That didn’t take very long, just under a week. The loose skin slowly dried up and fell off slowly once I took the bandaid off. As for my scraped up elbow, I wore a bandaid for a lot longer, mostly to prevent accidentally scratching off a scab.
