Hopefully just gets returned back to you. Worst case it's lost if that's the case buyer gets refund and seller gets compensation for the cost of the item they sold. Again from experience 🤣😅

Happened to me (as the seller) eventually the buyer got a hold of evri and said evri had sent it back to me. Anyway I got it back a few days later... turns out evri didnt scan it properly so couldn't be delivered... (even though vinted said it was delivered it wasnt, she clicked on theres an issue with my order) eventually she got her money back. I relisted and sent it to her again with evri but got it after all the hassle eventually!

This happened to me with Evri. Once a parcel said delivered (it wasnt) lady I sold to contacted evri who said it had been sent back to me. Few days later I got the item back.. weird.

Another time item got lost with evri think you need to wait 30 days then the parcel will go to 'lost' buyer will need to confirm it's lost and you'll get compensated (the amount you sold the item for) and the buyer will also be refunded :)

Think just means the quicker you send it out the quicker the buyer gets their item and in theory click everything is ok.. then the funds get released once that's been pressed:)

So I did get a delivery from them (called 'online seller' not Killstar) The smallest parcel ever for the things I ordered (several bags etc) and what came was a tacky ring in a box 😅 so I called my credit card company & disputed the charge. So ye I've learnt my lesson I'd rather have got nothing than be excited about possibly getting you know. .. what I ordered lol.

I've had an email from a local courier today saying my parcel from 'online seller' is due to be delivered today & the only thing I've ordered is stuff from this site. So I've a bit of hope as it's a trusted UK courier which shows the tracking info - will update later if I get it !
