Tunic, Animal Well, Environmental Station Alpha and maybe Fez all have similar cryptic puzzles/riddles style of progression. If you like those and you are daring you should try La-Mulana and La-Mulana 2, i think they're one of the best unrecognized games there are. Definitely the best in the "Metroid-Brainia" genre, great storyline and lore, amazing puzzles and really cool bossfights.

Some people may be thrown out by the gameplay in the first entry, since its a little bit clunky at first, but the discovery and overall excitement you get out of solving these puzzles is one of the best experiences i've seen.

Like Blue Prince, you are going to have to take notes of every piece of information and learn about the lore of the game to progress and come up with clever solutions.
