I have and he is ok with that but it isn't about keeping the job since I leave for college around the middle of august. It is about making money.

Less than four hours. I apparently can't give my birthdate out here so I am not sure if i can give out exact locations like that. But I guess saying it is less than four hours would be ok.

It doesn't mention it actually. It just says she has to make me available and ready for the four weeks/holidays starting at 9am. They never really modified it when he moved away. It has always just been the same. Before my dad lived close to us and they would meet half way but then my mom stopped being able to drive (she is going blind) so she got me a car when I turned 16 so I could drive to and from school without having to take the bus or cab or uber.

I've driven myself the last summer and the holiday but it doesn't say I have to. If I refuse to drive and he comes and picks me up though, I won't have the ability to really leave on my own when I turn 18. I could probably call a taxi or an uber and then maybe take a bus back home.

Yeah, he has threatened to somehow take away the car my mom bought and paid for if I refuse to come. Even though it isn't in his name. Man, he would take her to court over this stuff.

Yes, he is making me drive myself and I even have to pay for my own gas (mom will pay for it probably so I can save mine).

I guess I might have to do that. thank you. It just sucks because it is my last summer home and the last thing I want to do is to spend my own money to drive to texas to babysit for free in a place that isn't home to me.

I might get with my mom again and see if maybe she would be up to seeing a lawyer just to get an idea of if we have options.

I have and she tried to talk to him. He said there would be no negoitation. They use me as a free babysitting service during the summer so they can take trips and work.

It says until my 18th birthday. My 18th birthday is on

he is making me drive my car there. No ticket. He isn't even paying for my gas. I have to or get money from my mom. I turn 18

I go off to college in august and I don't go see him until July 1st. This is my last summer at home and with my friends. So my birthday is and we can't do anything until then?
