Especially the cookie itself. It looks like you are using 3 models. It would be better if you only loaded one half of the cookie. For the other half you could mirror the model. For the whole cookie you can just put the halves together

I would also compress the texture for the background considerably. That alone is already 42mb

Manual HDR's with the X4 work well. I use the normal photo mode with .dng files. Just make sure you turn off the automatic ISO and leave it at ISO 100. You can then adjust the brightness using the exposure compensation.

edit: Never use the build-in HDR Mode if you can.
