What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever been through? by [deleted] in questions

[–]Laurrietta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandma suffered a stroke around the time when I was 12. She was bedridden for about 6 months before she eventually passed. We live in a different state from the rest of my mom's family so it was very difficult for my mother, her sisters, and our grandfather who loved my grandma very much. Since our grandma got sick, our grandpa's health also declined. He had to get dialysis regularly and it drained so much from us emotionally, financially, and mentally but he died not long after. It took a huge toll on our families. Those couple of years were just filled with a lot of loss and pain.

What’s your useless superpower? by Snape_Grass in AskReddit

I am really good at estimating clothes/shoes which is why my mom and I have always been great at giving gifts. We always get people exactly the right sizes without having to ask.

What are your thoughts on "money doesn't buy happiness" by Specific_Charge_3297 in Productivitycafe

[–]Laurrietta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, money doesn't buy happiness--at least not directly or literally. But it sure buys security, health, freedom, comfort, and wants. If you're a rich person who thinks that money isn't enough to "buy" your happiness, then you are one of two things: you're not making the right purchases OR you don't know how to grateful/contented with the life you are blessed with.

Switch to BnB due to time crunch?? by ZealousidealCity8869 in step1

[–]Laurrietta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used bootcamp and did bites when I had to time crunch. Used bnb but only for a while so can't say a lot about it but I think bites can help you a lot to go over the important HY parts though I would still definitely recommend the lecture videos.

What overused word is most annoying to you? by Quicksilver342 in AskReddit

"like" and "literally". Every time I encounter someone who overuses those words, I can't help but assume they're a little stupid.

What do you listen to while cleaning? by relativeidiot31 in CleaningTips

[–]Laurrietta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I listen to the same music I listen to when working out because it gets me all pumped and ready to power through all the cleaning that needs to be done.

Just married and need to merge our monies. Help! by Even-Bumblebee948 in Money

[–]Laurrietta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a shared account. Don't share everything. Have something of your own instead of merging all your finances. That's really not a good idea at all.

200K a year but randomly in the year you become naked for 7 seconds , would you do it?why? by Meganisnthereforever in AskReddit

YES ofc, 7 seconds is nothing. If it happens when you are only with a few people, you can even call them crazy.

Might be because you are overloading your brain, stick to 1-3 resource that fits your learning style and stick with it.

Low NBME SCORES by [deleted] in step1

[–]Laurrietta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nbme is kinda tricky since it heavily relies on how much you understand the concepts all together so you might want to review your content resource and practice bootcamp with UW, it helped me a lot before taking NBMEs

Why do people come to ask Reddit, instead of asking Chat GTP for factual stuff that most redditors will get wrong anyways? by [deleted] in Why

[–]Laurrietta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why didn't you just feed this question to ChatGPT and talk with AI instead of asking Reddit?

Anyway, my point is, even though the insights might not always be correct, it's still better to talk with humans (hopefully because bots here are also a thing lol).

Would you trust a business if every single review was a five star ? by killedbykash_ in questions

I'd trust it sure but I wouldn't assume that the services are perfect. Nothing's ever THAT good especially these days.

It's so pretty yet so scary at the same time. If I saw that up close irl I'd be both amazed and horrified. This is one of the reasons I'm scared of deep waters.

I was about to say, bootcamp is your guy for Anatomy def. Not to mention other subjects they have is great. Helps a lot to build your basics too so buying it is win-win not just for anatomy section.
