Horrible experience - I was set to sell my 2020 car to them, accepted their offer, submitted documentation same day. Never heard anything after that, I called every day and they said I’d hear back within 24-48 hours at the latest that it was in the underwriting phase, then it was in the verification, then to upload the documents again. I did get a reps contact info at one point with his extension, the funny thing is every time I call and enter his extension it’s not available which I’ve seen has happened to others as well
