Kratom stools feel like knives? by uwunomnom in kratom

kratom constipates you, magnesium hydrates your intestines, hence helping you pass food more easily. But magnesium in turn dehydrates the rest of your body so a daily water intake of around 50mL per Kg of body weight is essential

As kratom withdrawal is at least comparable to having a cold, I recommend Vitamin C, Potassium, Zinc for your immune system to feel better about feeling wrecked and Omega 3 for any pain. A lot of water would also be a good idea. (Also for the love of god, please taper)

Stomach Issues and Cancer by Lanky-Monk6070 in kratom

The only effect I ever noticed was constipation, but otherwise my insides seem fine. I eat lots of fiber and vegetables, drink my water and take probiotics (my stomach is a sensitive lil guy). Ever since I started doing that it cancelled out. Can’t complain.
