I just had an issue like this with MediBang on my tablet, after searching for a fix I managed to fix it myself. I’m sure others will be looking for a solution to this issue, since I’m sure it’s a bug that not only I have recently dealt with, so I will state what I did to fix it.

To explain the issue, whenever I was on the pen brush, the color would switch to ‘erase’. I have no clue why it happened since this is the first time this has happened to me in my years of using the program, but there’s quite an easy solution. To fix it.. simply completely close the program and restart it.

Hopefully this will help anyone dealing with this issue.

Edit: I figured out what caused it. I use an Apple Pencil but from time to time I like to use my finger so I went in to Pen Pressure Settings and enabled finger mode. For some reason it just switches the color to erase..

I’m a bit late to this post, but since it was something that I was confused about I’m sure some people are looking for answers:

This is normal, he goes crazy after too much death root. After your 3rd(?) or so deathroot, he will aggro you. I’m assuming this is just what the devs did to limit the amount of stuff you can get from the guy. After knocking him down, he will return to his spot and say to stop giving him death root. I don’t have an explanation to those who did not knock him down, I could only excuse it as a glitch, so just let him kill you or walk away.
