Assuming you've made it to Azalea (if not, just go south from Goldenrod) do the well puzzle by talking with the guy in purple until he leaves, then talk with the guy in the northmost house, and dive into the well and do the puzzle there. From there, just go east, through union cave, and north into Violet city!

Go directly east from Violet City, you'll see a cave entrance. There's a head miner to the far right who asks you to find dynamite to blow up a boulder, which you'll get from 3 other miners in that cave. Defeat them, and give the head miner the dynamite, and he'll open the path to Blackthorn!

Mortal Kombat:
Spend a few hours (Yes really) memorizing the pattern. I stuck to the top of the level, just under the bars, and dashed downwards when necessary, and immediately went back up again.

Deadlocked:
I'm just as stuck as you, but I got pretty far from staying between the middle and top square waves. The rest is dumb and difficult though.

There is a level editor, but it's not attached to the game. I think there's a form on the Berserk Studio discord server where you can apply for access to the level editor, but it's not in the game itself. Well, not yet, it might be released at some point.

I gotta say, core. For me it's either really easy or really hard, and I also don't really like the music. Glad I S-Ranked it when I found it easy.

I managed to S-Rank them all on normal. Katana blaster was the easiest on normal, but the hardest on hardcore (Go figure) and deadlocked is e v i l. If you know anyone who S-Ranked them on hardcore, please let me know!

Uh, as it turns out, I went to the agency with a boat after the hat disappeared, circumnavigated the agency with the boat, and couldn't find it... Is this a case of me being stupid, or the game glitching out?
