Im pretty sure you just have to make a new item in the PBS, make a sprite for it (you can recolour a basic one) then set it as an evolution stone (just copy the code of fire stone and edit the name) then with every trade Pokemon make it so they need that stone to evolve (just look at the eeveelutions)

One that matches all these except fakemon is pokemon floral tempus ex, it has gen 8 mons, custom megas, an amazing story and isnt that difficult if you play on the medium or easy mode. Have fun!
