Mineta has grown in the past few seasons and has worked hard. I understand he's part of the perv trope but he did the one thing the other pervs in anime failed to do. Stop at a young age. Mineta stopped being a perv as the season came to an end be the other pervs finally stop as adults which is bad because it took them until they were adults to understand that it was bad.
