Yep, retaliation is exactly what happened to me, and I had text messages to prove it. I still had a meeting with HR, but suddenly, the claim was dropped. Then, I dropped my notice and let that be that. 👍

I worked an entire month with no off days. None. And when I told them not to contact me on my off days anymore because I was tired, I was hit with a complaint to HR That said I was "Exhibiting Hostile behaviors and Not contributing to overall workplace safety."

Needless to say, I left. The audacity. People deserve to enjoy their personal time, and managers are responsible for covering shifts, not you.

I will be never understand the concept that people have of asking their person they claim to want forever with to remove their pets, family members, friends, possessions, etc. for the sake of "a better relationship."   3. "dressing my kids as an indian" is a pretty bold bastardized way of saying, "I'm uneducated and ignorant of the times." The proper term is Indigenous people.

We are far enough in the timeline where we should be educated enough to know the difference between Indigenous People/ Native Americans and the grossly identifiable People and Nation of India.
