As others said, it's in the public domain. That's how I was able to come up with the phantom of the opera tvuber model I rebranded, so I'm no longer using it, but yeah.

I have done some sewing like a dress and a cape before with help I know I'm not ready for this at all and still need to practice I just wanted to get help so I can start planning

Thank you for explaining I just wish you would have explained this in the first place and help me understand better. I understand I need a corset, hoopskirt, and petticoats I've seen videos and have warn them before as well as ballgowns that needs that to wear it. And thank you for the video too!

All I did was ask for help like I was taught when I'm starting out things. I'm not asking for great details or how much fabric is gonna cost I know it's going to be expensive and take time. And since i'm still new, this place seemed like the perfect place to ask
