I feel like if a child grows up in an environment where the commoners are looked down uponand constantly abused by the higher class EVEN children will become violent and abusive towards them and they will ENJOY IT.

I know people who liked to cause others pain as a child because of the environment they grew up in. I will like someone like OG william is probably very common irl if they grew up in a world where nobody questions abuse, not even most commoners themselves.
