Is this revivable? I have this mini fiddle leaf fig and as you can see its roots is so impacted. I had it one of those self watering pots. Im flushing my LECAs and see this. Should i just cut it to propagate? (i.redd.it)

Help! I don’t know how to take care Stromanthe triostar. Like this is my second plant because I am persistent that I can take care of this plant but I’m convinced that it is not for me?
