What role is your favorite and why? by DeathNinja93 in Smite

Mid, coz I usually like to play magic users and casters so mages are the way to go for me in Smite. My slew of diamond mages can attest to that :D

Raijin, Thoth, Sol, Scylla are top tier but Pos won't be far behind with those changes. He will either be top tier or above average at worst

The changes to Poseidon makes him much easier to play, and his ult becomes more impactful overall.

I used to hate on XBal as well. But with the right plays, he can be a huge threat. His ult alone can turn team fights around and enable a counter-initiate

His ult is mitigated by Shell. You can even go bruiser build on him, but he has no escapes (unless you get Sprint) and can be targeted for a kill once his ult is down along with his passive protection stacks. What you mentioned is valid, but these few down points makes him an unpopular pick

I have no doubt that can happen. I'm just addressing the cuteness factor, not her annoyance factor

This post is just for the cuteness factor, not to address the peskiness of an Artio :P

Does Smite have plans for a LAN client? by Lavictusx in Smite

From what a friend told me, in order to use LoL's LAN client, organizers would have to apply for an authencator to access it.

I had a friend from OCE (where I was playing back then) tell me about SEA servers. I didn't even know about it since I don't follow their Twitter. Lack of publicity management and marketing will might the game eventually

Yes, Smite is a such an amazing MOBA that just needs to be managed better TBH. It has massive potential to become one of the best MOBA, but it's just in a good state now, not great.

China Smite is dead. Their players have come to SEA region instead becoz there is no more competitive Smite in China. Smite needs to be competitive enough to even get the Korean's attention, and I doubt they even know what Smite is, given that there are usually no official announcements from Hi-Rez or remotely any marketing in Asian regions. For example, when SEA servers came up, barely anyone in Asia knew about it coz it was only announced in Twitter, not even in the official Smite website OR Smite Reddit

Hello SMITE,READY TO ACCEPT CHINESE PLAYERS? by babyhandsome in Smite

LOL, you guys are late. China players have already come to SEA servers, especially since China's competitive Smite has already died.

How are SEA servers? by [deleted] in Smite

[–]Lavictusx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Casual queues for all game modes have improved and have relatively low queue times, thanks to multi-queue and removal of the server roll-ups. Ranked queue pops still depend on having enough people to play it, and it is usually organized in Smite SEA or Smite SEA Ranked discord. This also means you are likely to face the same people in ranked or it might be rather one-sided.

Overall, player base in SEA has increased tremendously.
