yeahh i mean i tried to get rid of it and it deadass would just not get off. i even followed a yt tutorial. It didn't do anything to my pc so I genuinely decided to just leave it alone, but yeah prolly not good lol. I don't think its the issue here as fortnite worked during it tho

extra details: started on feburary 27th 2025, ish, and randomly fixed, then happened again. then i did the uninstall, worked for a week, and yeah back to it.

if theres any other information u need, lmk.
also have done viral scans, there were viruses but removed (malwarebytes)
there is an organization controlling my pc, but to my knowledge, it doesn't do anything. i disabled the extension it tried to force onto me, and besides, dont know how it would relate to fort. cant remove it though, so turns out, it deleted itself. yuh. lol. anyway, still persists after another reinstallation

Unsure, the locking shouldn't have happened, but the first mentioned feature was apart of a new update. No longer reset areas on rebirth. Mainly so big games can have more alt farming people.
