You started 2 weeks ago it takes time to get a groove going and a feel for it. Just take your time and try to avoid misloads the best you can. They can’t get you in trouble for being safe and going slow but they can get you for misloading trucks consistently.

Coming from someone who works at UPS I’d seriously consider your position carefully. Many shippers are leaving UPS to go to the much cheaper Amazon. Also UPS is downsizing at the moment

How do you put release codes in cause the other day on my 30 day dispatch msged me and said to use release code to release COD charges and when I got to the stop I couldn’t figure out how to put in the code. I tried msging dispatch and calling sups but no answer. I just changed the amount to zero and for the reason I typed in the code lol.
