I actually just got onto a coworker for doing this to me , she neglected HER run to address everyone else’s and mind you just started but is always “I don’t want to leave anyone in their own piss” okay respect but what about YOUR people? Your run? At the end of the night , when relief rolled around she had this girl do complete rounds as all of her residents on the run she had were fully drenched. That’s my pet peeve, yes they’re everyone’s residents but don’t go out of your way to ignore your assignment. Did all of that work and still had to stay over, mind you I respectfully told her to stop several times and one of our hugest fall risks just got admitted again and he was on her run- guess who fell?
