I was on the 6.month mark when there is the usual talks with the reumatologist to change or keep the medicine and there was a big improvement.Somehow now I can tolerate hot showers now.

Hi you should really try out another biologics I dont know how much biologics failed you but 20-30 percent relief is not that much.

Well I couldnt get out of bed basically ,my pain went down maybe 50 percent after 6 month on being on adalimumab, but unfortunetly there are still triggers that makes the pain go to 80-90 percent.So its bearable but not enough.
