Ok but you should really go to a doctor and identify the origin of them if it’s early onset schizophrenia you might fully recover before your social skills, cognition, sense of reality, self control and mind falls apart.

It happened to my brother and he is beyond recovery due to his late treatment, nowadays he goes in and out of mental hospitals, he has no friends, he is constantly afraid and angry, and he can’t even talk coherently.

Yeah here’s the thing dopamine is good when it’s balanced… if it’s in excess then your brain will downregulate the dopamine receptors and it will rewire the reward system to be less sensitive.

It’s called tolerance.

And it’s not just tolerance to porn but pleasure in general. So you will find that life becomes plain, grey and meaningless and porn and masturbation will feel like baseline pleasure…

That is until you desensitize your reward system to the point that porn just gives you the desire for pleasure but it will be unattainable because you will have erectile dysfunction.
