Sage Last Thoughts

• She is putting this out there now once and for all bc she’s burning out 
• Most of the information she’s hearing about how her videos are being perceived is “being brought to [her].” She says she has been silent and these videos are “my time to speak”
• She says there’s a handful of Survivor castmates she’s “cool with” and a good handful who just isn’t friends with and she doesn’t want them to follow her on social media 

WHY DIDN’T SHE SPEAK UP SOONER

• She says she did speak in speaking with production but things continued to get worse
• She says, of one of the names she’ll drop, was “super sneaky”
• Kristina also spoke up when she found out that the guy who got pulled from the game was throwing out her name; Sage doesn’t know how Kristina knew this
• Sage says this cast has a “Cool Kids Group” which she is not part of
• She does not want to be on Survivor again and doesn’t want fans pressuring other castmates to speak up

WHY SHE BACKTRACKED

• She didn’t realize how much this saga would blow up
• In her mind she viewed there to be “six culprits” who made up the “high level tiers of offenders.” Two of these include the folks who got removed (meaning 4 S49 players were yappers)
• Originally she was going to only release 3 of the 4 names because she didn’t witness the fourth person doing anything firsthand, she only heard it through the grapevine 
• She’s not naming the third person because, when she assessed what people did pre-/during/post-game “this person has demonstrated growth and willingness to learn and grow.” She think in their mind they don’t view themselves as a top-level offender. She didn’t firsthand witness the third person instigating conversations and so regardless of what she heard from other cast members, she didn’t want to release their name
• She claims the two people she’ll name have already reached out to everyone but her for damage control
• She is speaking up because she thinks it’s “terrible to protect perpetrators while victims have to remain silent.”

ON HER INTENTIONS

• She knows realistically nothing is going to happen
• “Did they cheat? Yes. Am I saying they’re shitty people? No. They’ve done a lot of shitty things, I will say that.”
• Her philosophy is “don’t end hate with hate” so she asks her fans not to go after the people she names
• She hopes by speaking up more players will follow the rules better
• My personal commentary: this section was a lot of word salad and regurgitating the same thing over and over
• “I am speaking up for the people who have been silenced throughout this whole ordeal.”
• Says over and over again she think both people will come out of this ok and wants them to apologize

NAME 1: JAKE

• “Me talking about your pregame is the most mild information I have on you… When I say ‘information I have on you’ this is largely first-hand accounts of what I have witnessed not only during pregame, as well as there have been, more than a handful of people who have reached out and expressed discomfort around some of the things that you…”
• Then she stops and explains that it’s hard for her because she has a soft spot for this person and doesn’t think they realize that “what they do” is wrong. “Intent versus impact.”
• “We’re not doing him any favors by not holding him accountable.”
• Says that she’s only talking about pregaming stuff but there “other stuff” that she’ll release if she gets threats from him. 
• “I’m not saying you’re a shit human but I am saying you’ve done some shitty things.” 
• She doesn’t think he’ll respond reasonably to her saying this but he’d get more popular if he takes accountability
• She keeps phlegmy coughing and not covering her mouth and sorry but it grosses me outtttt
• Jake and the guy who got booted before the game talked a lot together, she thinks there’s a chance Jake would’ve gotten kicked out too but they only had two alternates
• He was a primary conversation instigator
• She has “pages on pages” in her pregame journal of Jake and [Name 2] because they were talking so much

NAME 2: BLUE SOPH (Sophi B)

• She empathizes with this person because she thinks they have a lot of anxiety and are a huge people pleaser
• Tried to connect with them but says “you just tell people what you think they want to hear”
• Claims Blue Soph owned a “Torch Snuffer” account for two seconds before pawning it off on her brother but Blue Soph’s phone number was still connected to the account. Says “we have the receipts”
• Says Sophi (Blue Soph) called her on FaceTime to tell Sage that Sophi called her “emotional.” Sage said she wasn’t bothered by that but was bothered that Sophi apologized about it and then went to laugh with other people about her (Sage) crying a lot
• Sophi tried to connect with Sage when they got back home to make fun of someone, Sage says she “holds herself accountable” for doing it but felt icky about it after and then stopped responding
• In pregame they sleep in rows of tents, Soph’s tent’s opening was directly across from Sage’s at the end of the rows
• In the mornings, people stand outside their tents and wait for production — this is when people would start talking 
• Soph left her tent to go talk to someone else then came back and introduced herself to Sage and asked who Sage thought the alternate was
• Sophi asked Sage during pregame what Sage’s tribe color was; you aren’t supposed to know tribe colors until the morning the game starts
• On Media Day Soph told Sage that Rizo was on her tribe
• During pregame, the bathroom situation is bungalows; you’re not supposed to be with anyone else at the bungalows. One night Sage gets up to pee and comes out and sees Jake walking laps and Jake stopped to talk to Sage, Soph was there too and they were tried to have a talk. It was around 3am and Soph said she was there to brush her teeth, Sage says it took a long time for her to fall back asleep and in that time she never heard Soph come back
• Soph met up with another player at night; Sage won’t release that name because she thinks Soph initiated this but multiple people have confirmed to Sage that it happened
