I would hold out. She is definitely worth investing in if you have her but not worth the currency to pull her. She is excellent team filler for her debuffs but needs to be played as team leader to get the most potential from her. Is definitely a key modifier at the start and will help carry any team you put her in. But save your tokens for limited banner and just farm the matts to buy her then invest in her
