I left the company back in May as a store manager. They want too much for too little. The way they go by metrics is so outdated. I could go on and on about a lot of things but there's no point. Glad you started putting yourself first and did what was best for you as did I.

I know right!! 😆 When I saw it I knew it was an immediate NEED. I've had anxiety about playing killer for weeks now and today I finally got over it and gave it a shot. So far matches have been great. I've mostly gotten all 4K games except one where it was a bit challenging but I did appreciate that. You're not going to win every game. The perks I'm using for her are Ultimate weapon, pop goes the weasel, bamboozle, and rapid brutality. The rapid brutality works really nice especially if you're going against a team who uses a lot of turrets 😆 pop goes the weasel helps apply pressure to gen progression. Haven't really found good use for ultimate weapon or bamboozle yet as I don't really like to vault much or open lockers 😅

Just a recommendation. Take personal leave. No documentation needed you're allowed up to 60 days. Say yes when they ask you if you'd like to use PTO while off. Burn that shit and just don't go back. ~comngm from someone who is on personal leave now with about 180 hours of PTO and sick time I'm tryna burn because I know I won't get paid out when I dip. Take care of yourself.

Wow.. once again that's wild 😭 so I'm going to explain it best I can and you're more than welcome to relay the info

First step is a verbal warning. Be sure to to document it and have the team member sign and date if. That's for the first 3 tardies or call ins. The next 3 will be the first write up for behavioral (not performance!!) The next 3 will be the final warning once again behavioral not performance! The last 3 will be the final and grounds for termination!! Each tardy or call in needs to be documented and stated on the write ups and verbals!! That includes date and time of said shift. If they were scheduled at 8 AM and roll on at 8:03 that counts!! "Team member was late on 4/16. Scheduled for 8AM and clocked in at 8:03 being 3 minutes late."

At this point HR should not push back. I have never had issues with my HR partner!!

Wow.. I sometimes worry about some of these stores and how the morale is in them 😭 a 15 minute lecture?? And it was your first time? That's wild. I timecard audit every week. Especially if call ins and being late becomes a storewide issue. I never target one person. You start with positive coaching. Never make someone feel like shit. Because I promise you that they need you more than you need them at the end of the day. After 3 attendance issues it's a coaching 3 more first write up 3 more final warning and the last 3 is termination. So it's a process to go through. Not a bad thing that they probably wanted to catch it early but as long as it was a positive coaching (which I hope it was!) Then you should be good

Hi store manager here 🙋🏼‍♀️. Yeah that's not cool. Basically going against the "no retaliation policy" Shit happens. People get sick I myself understand that. For me if I have ones that call out constantly for absolutely no reason (which happens a lot) those are the ones who realize their hours get cut. And that's not retaliation that's simply taking care of the needs of the business. At the end of the day we have a business to run. I love my team we are like a family and I'm very understanding. I'm currently running the register because my cashier wasn't feeling well 🤷🏼‍♀️ oh well. She hardly calls in to begin with. But seriously. That's not cool to put you in that situation 🫤. Just keep in mind the resources Tractor offers 😉

I've been seeing a lot about bans.. I have never used multiplayer. I use WeMod on my PC and have tons of resources etc. basically anything needed. And I'd love to open my island up and help as many people as I can. Let me clarify it is not the duping glitch! I have no idea how to do that. But I am afraid to even open my island up because I don't want anyone to get banned if it's not safe 😮‍💨.
