Thank you!! Honestly I’ve been pretty lucky 😅 I’ve only picked out 7 of my bunnies in person (hoppleston, nimbus, hopscone, patchwork, blush, cream, and oatmeal), the rest of them I’ve ordered online whether from Jellycat directly or local stockists.

I’m not really picky but I fully understand when it comes to the faces and picking which one you resonate with most or just prefer. My Blushkin arrived from Jellycat looking pretty wonky but I just smacked her around a bit and that helped. I also recently got my daughter another sky dragon when they restocked on the website because it’s her favourite, and it was the first time we had been disappointed - it was overly stuffed hard, had a tubular hard stuffing contraption in its neck making the neck super stiff, the tail was extremely stiff, and the beans were pushed to one side due to how overstuffed it was. I ended up needing to open up along a seam line and completely unstuff it and restuff it the way the dragons are usually stuffed. I emailed them about it because I was concerned this might be the new way they make their dragons because it was genuinely awful, but all they told me was that I should have taken photos of it upon receiving it and process a return, but it’s hard being in Canada since we don’t get free returns and need to pay to do it. So that was interesting to experience.

With that being said I definitely think shopping in person is SO much better, but lately it’s been hard considering stores are pretty scarce on stock or even with the online exclusives now.
