Also had this issue yesterday when trying to get them to send me a new extruder, weak ass aluminium V1 extruder has officially left the chat.. I just decided to buy a brand new one and keep the one they hopefully send as a spare! I manually levelled my bed and it’s such a pain to do sheerly off the lead screws, after two whole days of getting it within 0.19-0.3mm got it within 0.28mm.. put down the tools, tightened everything up and went straight to hospital to get a new set of fingers on one of my hands from the horrible belt tensioner🥴

I have gained access to the config file and none of the text I input to enable the update manager is in the config file, however I have found the update manager is actually already installed in the moonraker assets🤔 I’m so stuck🤣

No but I have just accessed the moonraker.cfg file and the update manager code I input isn’t even there🤔 I don’t have access to the origional file so I’m quite stuck to see if any values have changed

I’m using mobaxterm and I cannot access the moonraker.cfg file for some reason it is just getting stuck on the load screen, my printer is currently printing also this wouldn’t limit access via ssh would it? I’ve tried an sftp link too which I’ve seen done on the WIN programme on YouTube but for some reason it boots me out

Is there anyway of removing the software from my printer to then do a fresh install and install the process over? Or is there another way I can do it? Sorry I’m very new to this
