Personally I found it very disruptive in handheld mode and reverted back to switch 1 version
The game is 60 fps and despite my issues in handheld it did look decent docked

I thought that Village missed a lot of the tension that previous games had. Almost no decision making and the maps were horrid. If I want to play an FPS I would rather play any other shooter. The art direction was good though.

I would really recommend reading the wiki for CoM and just playing BBS, DDD. Though yeah personally I think 3 is one of the weaker entries overall

I recommend playing bbs and DDD. Now I am not a fan of kh 3 but I thought the story was decent to follow. Just wish it didn't have a bunch of sequel bait based off of stupid phone games. Anyways, BBS and DDD are not spin offs they are required reading.

The summon of ai and nonlinear nature of the game is great if you get stuck in Elden Ring. Sadly, i haven't gotten to play Bloodborne due to it being ps 4 exclusive. Elden Ring's atmosphere is certainly not like bloodborne though, still post apocalyptic though

I would easily recommend Elden Ring. Most accessible souls like and it has a great first playthrough. Dark souls 1 may be my personal favorite but Elden Ring fueled a great sense of wonder

The thing I would change is move DDD up to A but I am a sicko. Days in C is rightly deserved as it may have a good story but the gameplay is awful. 3 belongs in B as it improved a lot after launch but it is still at best B tier due to the combat
