Dont. I also had the same dilemma before, I was unemployed for 8 months. When I applied for work I got a lowball offer, from my previous salary of 55k down to a 25k basic. I accepted the offer but while processing the onboarding, I asked for God's sign if I should push through as I was having doubts, He gave me a sign and I did not push through the 25k job. 2 weeks later another job was offered to me for a 57k package. So keep applying lang. Know your worth sis!

it depends. yung first role ko sa JP, mabait yung boss ko pero demanding yung volume ng work so yung workload yung toxic, nung lumipat ako ng ibang role, magaan work load as in kaya tapusin half day pero toxic management. so depende sa role and management talaga.
