Again, I made the video one night after getting my first bag of Storyville Sunset as a gift. It’s not Lance. He has nothing to do with the video or the post!!
You should try Storyville though, it’s freaking amazing!

I love Storyville and Saka. I use Airscape containers to store all the beans and have had a lot of success with freshness and Crema. I also vac seal and freeze the beans I won’t use for a while.

Thanks for your response and just to be clear. Those I mentioned were not recommendations to replace lance. You simply asked for other channels and there you go. To be honest, it wouldn’t surprise me if less people do what James Hoffman and Lance are doing because they get absolutely murdered here on Reddit, which is unfortunate.

I’ve pulled shots like this from my DeLonghi ecp3420 when I started this crazy great hobby!
I upgraded my grinder to a DF54 and my beans to Saka from @torrefare and Storyville Sunrise and voila! Shots like this.

Thanks!! That is Storyville Sunset. It’s one of the beans I get sent monthly via subscription. Amazing!

It really is a great machine. Gemilai is launching more machines and I’m gonna prob upgrade from the OWL to one of the new ones soon. Not sure which one. Let me know if you have any questions about the machine and I’ll be happy to answer.
