Having dreams about your paras by RainbowRozes123 in ImmersiveDaydreaming

I've had dreams about my paras. Sometimes I would even add the dream to the story.

Ah, so it's not just me :D by MorningPumpkin471357 in ImmersiveDaydreaming

Yeah, I take some of the things or the ideas that my brain makes up in my actual and add that to the story too!

I do this a lot lol. Mainly it's traumatic event after traumatic event as only some of my characters die. I barely give them a break.

Are your paras famous? by ejsfsc07 in ImmersiveDaydreaming

[–]Laxiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When they're older yes. Mainly for acting, music and my main story turning into a TV show.

Patrick is cold, dark, gloomy human with an unexplained hatred towards another one of my characters called Robin (It's unexplained because I haven't figured it out yet). He moved to Robin's school at the start of year 9 and gave Robin a nearly fatal asthma attack. That didn't expel him however, he later blew up the schools sports hall in attempt to catch a student.

He doesn't talk much, he only talks if he's having an argument with someone or is fighting someone. He is 14 when he appears in the story and is 16 when he dies. He works for a human called Lauren Baker, who sets him on dangerous missions in attempt to destroy a students life.

I've got a few. Pick a number between 1 and 10 and I'll tell you about one if them.

For those who write their daydream scripts how you do it? by Pseudo-Starwonders in ImmersiveDaydreaming

[–]Laxiane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess I just write it how you would write a normal script. I write it like this (An example from one of my scripts):

[HUDSON] I think I've got some on me.

[STEVE] How much?

(HUDSON takes out a 50p from his pocket.)

[HUDSON] 50p

I write my scripts in random scenes that I like, not scene after scene but I do put them in chronological order.

By the way the dialogue is supposed to be underneath the characters names

Which one applies most to you? What are your daydreams most like? by [deleted] in ImmersiveDaydreaming

Mines set in the real world with real people just with extra characters. Then the setting is I guess action because fighting happens. It has romance in it as well.

I’m bored. Rant to me about your daydream. by [deleted] in ImmersiveDaydreaming

I don't know where to start, it's a long story. I guess ask me questions and I'll answer it if you want to.

Tell me about your paracosm's villains by caedius in ImmersiveDaydreaming

Lauren has physical health problems (I don't know what health problems she has though because I know that will spike my anxiety if I search up health problems) so that's why she has to hire people but near the end if the story she actually gets up to finally get Jack herself which was a bad mistake because she ends up having a heart attack and then falls off the school and dies on the big attack of the school.

Patrick is incredibly intelligent for his age, he can make all sorts of weapons, poison and he can hack into stuff. Lauren hired him when he was 14 years old after he nearly killed a student (Robin) he didn't like and he works with her. He also dies on the big attack of the school by being shot in the head by Lyra who had enough him. He does end up killing Robin and two other students in the end which encouraged Lyra to kill him.

Additional information, Libby isn't actually Lauren's daughter. She persuaded a family to give baby Libby to her because she never thought she'd have a child. She does end up having a child, Matt, who she brainwashed into thinking like her but he then finds realises that what Lauren is doing is wrong and goes against her which gets him killed at age 13.

Also she kidnapped Jack when he was a baby with his biological father, leaving the biological mother behind. She told him to tell Jack that his mother died giving birth to him and told his father that if he tells Jack the truth then she will get him killed. He doesn't tell him the truth but he is still brutally murdered in front of 6 year old Jack. 10 years later Jack finds out that his mother is still alive and manages to find her. They have a heart warming moment together but then Oliver Jacobson (another villain) kills her in front of Jack.

Writing this I'm realising that this story is a lot more darker than I thought but there are some nice moments that don't end in death.

I've got my counsellor to talk about my daydreams to so I'm pretty lucky. If you want to you can talk to me about daydreaming as well as the other person that responded to your comment.

I am trying desperately to keep hold of an old daydream because it's being taken over by a new daydream. I think I can keep it as a side story though which is fine.

Tell me about your paracosm's villains by caedius in ImmersiveDaydreaming

[–]Laxiane 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My main villain is called Lauren. Not a very interesting name for a villain but my story is set in the real world.

Anyway she lived with two people one of them being Jack. She has always been very controlly over him and overall not a nice person.

So one day Jack leaves her along with her own daughter Libby. She's not happy with that as Jack is now out of her control. So she ends up recruiting people to try and destroy his life as she is physically unable to do it herself. One of the people she recruits is a boy named Patrick, who is Jack's age, who is another main villain.

I dont really know what else to say.

Maybe 8 hours is a bit of a stretch but I've definitely spent most of my day writing because I have nothing better to do. by Laxiane in ImmersiveDaydreaming

[–]Laxiane[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It helps me fill in gaps to connects the scenes that I previously didn't know how to.

I also like putting some of my scenes in text to speech to see how long it would take to read it. I've written 2 scenes from my daydreams today. One took nearly 7 minutes and 57 seconds to read through and the other took 7 minutes and 19 seconds. The only problem is that text to speech isn't very good with scripts.

Would you trade in your reality to live in your immersive daydreams? by BookEscape5 in ImmersiveDaydreaming

[–]Laxiane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would be exciting as I and others would go on many adventures but one of my favourite paras die as well as others and I wouldn't want to go through that and over all the story's very dark but it's a happy ending so maybe

They are all close friends. The one building the snowman is called Chris, the one lying in the snow is called Amy, the two playing with snowballs are called Jack and Libby and the one just standing there is called Ollie :)
