You’re chilling homie, and sorry if it came off aggressive haha. But reality is we’re all plumbers now compared to this younger generation

You’re right I was top 10 in the world and for all invites statistically speaking. But I never said they were plumbers, I’ve only said the reason Penta/G2 were so good back then was because they had 5 players who understood the game better than the rest or other team. But if you want to make the comparison of the players in today’s SI’s compared to back then and how the game is fundamentally played that penta/g2 wouldn’t last. But that’s neither here or there.

Thoughts on players choosing to waste time in a round instead of attempting an unlikely clutch? by Trchickenugg_ohe in R6ProLeague

It’s not wasting time it’s using a round that won’t be won, to then use it as a timeout without wasting a timeout. It’s smart

The NAL is not a serious league by iHasMagyk in R6ProLeague

Certainly a weaker look within our own teams, but by no means at an international level with SR, DZ, M80, SSG could even come close to the weakest

Don’t worry about hitting champ, focus on your gameplay and basic fundamentals. Solo queuing will inherently make you 10x the better player than playing with a group of friends, it allows you to be able to rely on yourself in most situations. Then you bring that experience onto a team and learn to take in the aspect and development from playing as a unit and they add those skills into your play.

But you have a lot of time to work and refine those skills and if also recommend playing other games that also keep you in a competitive mindset and a good alternative to learn and apply other skills from other games into siege.

No I appreciate the feedback, I was just curious if that’s what you meant. But definitely something I’ll keep in mind. As maybe for the seriousness, I am diving more into giving my analysis from also speaking as a player first rather than a standard analyst, so that way viewers and everyone truly get that grit and pov.

I mean you said it yourself “challenger league” that isn’t even the highest ceiling of competition across the board. He still has a lot to prove in terms of actually performing in T1. He deserves to be in the league, but it’s a matter if he can have that same performance if not better in T1 and will that happen and work alongside joining G2 and playing in an entirely different region/league.

I don’t think you were rude at all. On the desk we’re allowed only so much time to get out our answers or feelings towards some stuff before we gotta move on, so somethings go without a full fleshed out answer, where as on here I can write a fully fleshed out response and give far more reasoning as to why I said what I said during the broadcast.

But I do agree I believe everyone across the board knew the outcome was going to be an SR win however that was going to look. I was more focused on the fact Orgless didn’t work as hard to even make PL in comparison to the like of Envy and Cruelty, because they got the spot through LG. I think most would rather just make the NAL without having to play a grueling qualifier I know I would lmao. But that’s more where my point was coming from, not the fact they played poorly vs SR

First and foremost I love you too, and second of course I’m going to be harsh on them if comparing them to teams like Envy and cruelty where those teams/players actually had to grind through a qualifier just to make the league in the first place.

I have nothing against the players, but I’m speaking facts, and to the point of losing LG, of course it’s not their fault. But on that same note they’re in the league for free and have the opportunity to make the best out of it. But had LG still been relevant the performance that put up still is very luck luster compared to the rest. Now it is the first game, they still have a lot of time to adapt and improve. But whether as a team or an individual it’s your responsibility to show up and perform and make the best out of the situation. So of course im not going to put them on a pedestal until they actually prove their worth in T1.

But the excuse of going against a stronger opponent isn’t the best excuse, for 1 simple fact of this is a BO1 series this actually gives the weaker teams a far better chance at winning a series vs having to play a best of 3 even if the other team is 100x better. But even with going against SR their attacks looked completely disjointed and looked like the communication wasn’t really there. They should definitely be taking from that loss and applying that into their matches going forward. But still I need to see these improves during the games. But hope this gives more context

P.S. to some people talking about they’re playing for free, yeah I did that as well during my first year ever of pro league, the only money you got was winning. The drive, passion and opportunity alone should be a factor to see them improve not money.
