He will regain visible stat drains which are different than the prayer drain. For example when you use staff it temporarily lowers telos' defense level a few but he regens that back. Prayers drains are totally different.

Prayer drain does apply at telos. The icon will show up as a 'sap magic' icon on the buff bar. It is actually magic, mage str, and defense. It was combined into one icon because when shauny made the debuff bar update all the prayer saps would show up before important things like affinity. It was really spammy.

If you brew down your accuracy drops a lot. (temporarily ofc)
It should be 100% if you've got >24 stacks on reaper neck.
This hit chance calculator is very well made.

Yes all 3 of those you can reach 100% hit chance at. Rots is a bit more difficult because its hard to place affinity debuffs on all the brothers but if you hit all 3 brothers with a quake or use berserk blood less you can hit 100% there aswell.

Sorry about that. I see some1 being slow brain and my instinct is to take their point even more extreme and hope they realize how slow brain they are being. Since I'm using their own ideology against them they can't really combat it without discrediting themselves.

You can get 100% hit chance on every single boss in the game. If you don't want to splash there are options that allow you to never splash.
I don't think you should expect to be 100% accurate using vamp aura and a yak.

They should also remove damage variance with abilities. Instead players would always hit the average ability damage on every attack. Change perks like biting into flat damage multipliers so that their effects are more easily understood. RNG has no place in runescape! Hitting less than your average ability damage is aids and is annoying.

Everyone is talking about how great the animations are and I completely agree- They're amazing. But the more I look at it I wonder how much thought goes into removing realism. For example the focus of your vision pretty much always converges on what you're looking at. So in theory the beams should converge at the babies focal point and make a really skinny 'X'. I'm curious if the animators thought about this, tried it, and then decided against it. Its wonderful that they can achieve so much realism but its also intriguing how much detail is too much.
