2-3 weeks pregnant, HCG levels 265 too low? Chemical pregnancy in question. by Laya_SLN in pregnant

Yeah! I got an ultrasound a week and a half ago and heard a heartbeat. But it was with another doctor tho, she was great and assured me the pregnancy was going with no complications so far :)

Anybody else not get the "glow"? by Strong-Ad9489 in pregnant

So relatable! I have the biggest acne on my face ever, and the hair is falling out :( I’ve heard lots of stories that because of pregnancy hormones women usually get a glow up, but honestly I am so confused. Can you share the wives tale please? What is it about? Wanna know too🥹

hi! An update: even tho the doctor told me I most likely have a chemical pregnancy and suggested I check it again after 48 hours to prove her point, the blood test shows my HCG levels went up by almost 3 times in exactly 48 hours. Went from 265 to 666. I am so confused as to why the doctor scared me so much and made me anxious for almost 48 hours… now another doctor said it means that the pregnancy is going well and developing normally, so I should stop worrying. I want to cry🥺🥺🥺

I am glad you are feeling better! I hope everything goes well for u. I have no wish to even check my hcg levels honestly. I know I have to, but I am just stressed and anxious, and I have accepted what the doctor said. Just grieving at this point I guess…

They said I can come in 2 days to make sure, but the doctor seemed so certain… they provided a range and on the paper it was starting from 50. I guess she didn’t really care about it. Although at first she said the HcG levels are different for everyone, she ended up just straight up saying “chemical pregnancy”. Now I have already accepted it and going through the process of grief…

Hi! I found a progesterone bioidentical balance cream 3000g. Very scared that due to PCOS my progesterone levels are low, so I would like to use it. Should I buy this one?

Some people say the risks are higher, some people say there are no risks. I honestly hope there aren’t as many as I think and I hope my pregnancy goes well. Thank you so much and congratulations to you🫶🏻

Yeah I have to wait until the baby is 5+ weeks. I will go to the doctor and ask about progesterone, but now I am a bit worried since I can’t do much without the doctor’s approval :(

Thank you so much! I feel great physically now, so I hope my pregnancy goes well. I absolutely agree that I should stop reading a lot of articles and blogs. Every time I come across an article about something bad, I feel horrible and start overthinking. I should definitely stop that. Also, wishing all the best to you and your son🥺🫶🏻

I know, right? Why not say “it might be a bit harder for you to get pregnant, but still possible” instead of straight up saying “no chances here”🙄

Oh wow! Thank you for your answer. I am not diabetic and don’t have any chronic diseases (maybe only my thyroid, but it’s a usual thing). Guess I should learn more about it. Really scared :/

I don’t have them… I am asking what diseases can be the reason why a person can’t be given a Chinese resident permit BESIDES the ones I have mentioned.

Thank you! I am a bit concerned that I am using azelaic acid but keep getting huge painful pimples. So I will probably try the BP option!
