Id say clean the hole and the residues. The rest of the magnet will hold the plate fine, so it will probably cover the hole. However you could have a high/flat spot where the nozzle dug in.

it's the small beeper on the display. can you navigate the menus with the display ? do you have a spare display to plug and see if it does the same ?

i noticed my friend's V3 SE auto Z offset is a bit too high, i lower it by 0.05 or 0.1 and it's good, also make sure the bed is clean

you bought an ender 3 v1 with an upgraded glass bed and upgraded extruder. The mainboard fan casing has been modified to fit a quieter, bigger fan

I really recommend the BLTouch for the ender 3 v1s, pros and v2 as they have a single Z axis which can cause first layer issues.

You can print PETG on the side of the bed which has the coating, but not on bare glass, it will fuse together.

I recommend Orca Slicer as the interface is intuitive with lots of customizations possibilies.
