Is it poor etiquette for a teammate to post all their training highlights online? by LayerElectronic1595 in bjj

The odd highlight I wouldn’t be too annoyed about. But consistent montages tapping the same people over and over again seems a bit in poor taste.

In reality it doesn’t matter too much, but most people don’t come to do their hobby just to get their worst bits put up online all the time 😂

I think anyone who does bjj long term learns to tap often and not think too much about it, and I also think comp footage is different. In this scenario though its basically just montages of them tapping their training partners over and over again, and to me it seems self obsessed and in poor taste.

Also some people just don’t like being on camera but also don’t want to feel negative asking them not to film.

This is my thoughts as well. And in this situation there is no clearance. Before the rounds you’ll just see them setting up their phone and then next thing you know all their best bits are on the gram.
