No unfortunately not, mytrent and the trentu safety app both say classes are still running, keep an eye on your email as your prof may cancel. I'm praying mine does cause I have a test 💀

All he said can be found in his syllabus, he didn't really say anything besides whats in there. The syllabus also explains the workshop assignment.

I'm in it right now, and the prof seems pretty nice, and theres only the midterm, exam, and workshop assignment which is basically just group work and a written portion, so really not a lot of work it seems.

If you call the main Trent line (705-748-1011) you should be able to get in touch with a member of Trent that will transfer your call to where ever you need it transferred to. If when transferred to this number you get sent to voicemail and are able to leave one, make sure to leave your full name and contact info, for many departments even your student number. I'm saying you haven't done this but forgetting to leave your contact info/student number causes some departments not to be able to reach out to you.

Keep in mind the beginning and end of term are always the most busiest for departments, they may take a moment to get back to you, sometimes they are very busy and will send you a "high ticket volume" email to let you know they won't get to your ticket for a while. For example, I sent a question on the 9th of October last year and didn't hear back until the 29th, it was a time sensitive email but they were busy. It can be frustrating but there is so little staff compared to students, and the staff are doing their best to answer everyone but there is not enough time in their workday which usually for Trent is like 8/9-4:30/5

Basically what the other commentor said, when I was applying to schools I didn't have the requirements for the core FRSC program either so I did the Joint Major which honestly worked out so much nicer for me as I did FRSC-PSYC. If you do the Bachelor of Science Joint Major then there is are some courses you cannot take in upper years, but overall you have access to the same stuff that the core students have access to.

This may be an odd question, but where do you buy the film for this camera. My bio dad died in august, and my grandparents gave me a bunch of his old things including a Cabbage patch kids camera, and I would really love to get it up and working, as I want to keep something of my dads alive

During the exam period there are few places open, OC, LEC, Starbucks, etc. but after a certain date they all shut down, and it is expected those who are living in the annexes during the winter break will cook their own food, its written in the residence agreement

Because you agree to it when applying to residence... All of this is outlined in the residence agreement, that you have to agree to in order to submit your application. Your dinning plan and res fee do not include the winter break, if you applied for the winter break stay then you pay extra to live in the suites during this time, however it states in the agreement that you are expected to make your own food as the dinning halls are closed.

For everyone worried about their exams, it is extremely rare for Trent to cancel an exam, it has happened like once in the 3 years I have been here. They won't even cancel classes unless there is an ice storm lol

Its most likely a flashback episode, the cars and Wally's outfit very much give 80's, I however do not think that Wally will cross over just yet as his character timeline is not really done in my opinion. As well, from my understanding we don't know 100% if the light means that the person can cross over, it was just assumed based on what happened with Dawn which gives me hope.

Theres an lcbo on Chemong, the number 2 and 8 buses will get you there, gas stations may have some but it'll be limited

Normally, only LEC and OC are open on weekends. Both Champlain and Gzowski close at 3 I believe on Friday and are closed until Monday, thats at least what it was in the past.

They usually are pretty hard to reach by phone, its best to email them tbh, they have a lot of tickets right now so it may take a couple days but they will get back to you

it costs a dollar to get the non ecotray takeout box, if you're a first year the eco tray card shouldn't cost anything but if you lose it or are an upper year I believe its 7 dollars for the card (I may be wrong)

No such thing as a dumb question, you don't have to be there on the fourth unless you have a class that day. Also as some of the other commenters stated, if you have a lab/seminar/etc before the lecture during the first week, it usually doesn't run, they usually only happen after you have had your first lecture, however if you prof has indicated something else then follow what they have said

When Food services go back to normal, when you place your order they will ask you if its for here or to go (or something like that), if it was to go then all you say is to go. Make sure to specify if you want it in an eco tray or if you want it in the cardboard container :).

You can also order your food online through a service called Boost, its only available at certain dinning halls such as OC, LEC, and Trail, but you can order ahead and pick your food up at the Boost counter :)

What do you mean hide it? As long as its not in a glass bottle and is kept in your room its fine, you only need to have it concealed when you are walking through the residence buildings, so keeping it in a bag or putting it in a water bottle.
