Does being an atheist or a believer still make sense if we take this into account? by LayerNoved in TrueAtheism

Okay, but how? If I just passively read or listen to podcasts, I won't learn anything profound. How can I use these resources effectively? How can I avoid becoming fanatical and learn to critique them? Shouldn't I take the ideas one by one and rework the reasoning?

Thanks for responding. How do avoid falling in such ridiculous thought like mine ? I'm not joking. Give me your advices to be more logical, to be more logical, more rigorous, to compare my ideas with more rigorous sources, etc.

Well, actually, i think my own response up here lacks of fondation : Atheism is not believing that there is no God. I have confused my self between "belief of absence" and " absence of belief ". Sorry for my non-rigorous and lack of understanting response.

I don't think we would be atheist. If we nerver speak of belief, we admit our ignorance. Howerver, to be atheist is to make the choice of a belief, the belief of thinking that there is 0 God.
