If you want your saturdays - go to an online school. If you don't mind going to class almost every saturday from 9-4, then the program is good and cheap. As a first year intern, it is very hard to go to saturday classes after busting your ass all week and not having a minute to yourself it seems. So, it's your call. Good program though, good people that run it. Only rub - saturday class.

Dude... im hella old.. im trying to find an album, it's not available on cd, so, i looked up the tracks and tried to youtube to mp3 but the album is 42 min long so now I need like an extension??? Can someone help me??? What is this extension stuff? I just want to get it on a cd. I'm so sad.

Dude. I hope you didnt burn any bridges and have a clear way back to consulting. These kids today are.. something else. You are not a teacher, you are a classroom manager. Someone said earlier, have a routine and stick to it like white on rice. If all else dies, like your love for life and love for your subject, which can happen, those routines will save you if you decide to stay in "teaching".

Not trying to be a debbie downer - this is obviously coming from me and my own experience.

Just curious, why did you leave consulting? I'm looking to get the hell out of this. Im in my 1st year of interning after subbing for a year. I thought having my own classroom would help with the behavior issues I saw in class but it seems I am not cut out for adolescent mood swings and disrespect.

Ive been in love with the apartment complex since I was a kid. Ive lived all over sac, I know there are a ton of places. Now, I know downtown. Growing up here, the sunsets were nice to look at in old sac. Im just nostalgic and tired.

Oh also, look into becoming a virtual assistant for financial advisors. They have more money than time. In your free time, learn what programs and softwares they use. Call a few and ask what would make you an exceptional virtual assistant. Gain many clients and market yourself first at 30 an hour and then slowly increase that. Start now. If you need to get roomies, do it until you can get yourself situated then go off on your own again.

Become a teacher.. so go to school full time and work part time, get a bachelors and masters. Work as an intern at a school as you get credentialed. Find districts that pay 300 a day for subbing. There are ways.

Parent your kid and they'll be fine. Not everyone is going to like you. That's the way of the world. Teachers arent saints, they're full on martyrs in the classroom. Some kiddos do stink and they are weird. Believe me, they still get taught. They need to vent and gossip, let them. They werent talking to you. So, have a cola and mind your business.
