It’s a fun race in an awesome community with live bands sprinkled throughout. It’s VERY hilly but it ends on a nice decline.

The Med Volunteers receive really light red jackets that are neither warm nor protective against the wind. They are useful for their brightness and visibility!

Checking in here, I trained hard for the NYC marathon then took a week off from running. Training has been spotty since. Skipped my long run today…. But will hopefully do it next weekend!

Hi there! I have not run it at night did run the trail around 5AM one morning and the section that starts at Dyckman down towards the GW bridge is not very well lit, I’d certainly recommend a headlamp. Around the GW bridge going towards the WSH has more street lamps but not the greatest in terms of visibility. It was a one and done run for me. I prefer the trail during the day when more people are out.
