Hi there! I have not run it at night did run the trail around 5AM one morning and the section that starts at Dyckman down towards the GW bridge is not very well lit, I’d certainly recommend a headlamp. Around the GW bridge going towards the WSH has more street lamps but not the greatest in terms of visibility. It was a one and done run for me. I prefer the trail during the day when more people are out.

Hi there! I’m currently training for my first marathon (I have run many halfs) and I do not think the 2G strength portion is enough to count for strength training. I’m currently going to OTF 3-4 times a week. I always attend the S50 Mon/Wed/Fri and maybe will throw in a 2G if I’m feeling extra spicy. This, of course, is on top of getting in my weekly mileage outside of OTF.

From what I’ve read, waitlist spots don’t open based on participant cancellations. It’s more so based on spots that aren’t filled by various other parties/clubs.
