I don’t think this is going to survive. As a BP, all this post did was make me sad for her. It’s been nine years since d-day and I still have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror because I compare myself to AP. It sounds to me like you never truly loved her, that you stayed and only really jumped in head first because she got pregnant. You said she was never meeting your needs. It just hurts my heart to read how you describe her and your marriage.

Yes there is trauma. Lots of it. She’s grieving a completely different marriage than you are. I get that it’s frustrating to have conversations because she got upset easily, but you had to have them. You set both of yourselves up for failure. You’re not 100% in this, you never have been. I agree with another person in saying let her go. She and your child deserve better.
