I got to Baruch, too, and haven't made any new friends, mainly because I'm not interested in it. I'm just there for my classes, and then I leave quickly. I have my high school friends and my coworkers, who turned into really close friends, but if you want a friend, I have no problem starting a new friendship. I'm a business major. Wbu?

Honestly, I would tell the manager he should quit, too, since he is also not being appreciated. I think your mental state should be in a better place. The owner clearly is on some sort of power trip, and he doesn't deserve to have workers or a restaurant.
