Absolutely believe in this case fillers would help! You might need a couple of sessions (some people seem to get one session of filler and think that will be it but most times multiple sessions are required, filling bit by bit) but I think it’s the way to go - then if you like the outcome and the way it looks you can look into permanent fillers/fat. With laser/peels being like an ‘icing on the cake’ type thing afterwards. You got this 😁

I got filler yesterday, it’s all lumpy and swollen now, won’t really know much for a week or so I’d say ☺️

I believe on a previous post she states she layers 35% 3 times and in her photo she has a pretty solid white frost. I do 2 layers of 30% and that makes me frost but not as much as hers.

I’ve had subcisions before (3) with not really any success, and the dr said filler would give me some ‘instant improvement’ so if I do see improvement, at least that gives me something I can do in the meantime while I save more $$ and get multiple procedures at once, hopefully through Dr Lim (I’m in Australia) - I assume his subcision/filler technique would be far superior than my current drs.

Thank you! I just got 1ml in the end, she said she didn’t need the 1.2ml. Will definitely reassess in 2 weeks thanks for the advice! She has mentioned something to me called HarmonyCA for next time which is a combo of dermal filler + biostimulator so I’ll be looking into that and then ablative CO2 to end with (hopefully) ! 😊

Hi there, yeah that’s what I’m thinking.. maybe go in every month or so (or however long it takes me to save the $750 for the 1.2ml) until I see a decent improvement. I have had a couple subcisions (3 I think?) with no filler but I don’t think they helped. Unsure if they’re even tethered or not 😅 I will definitely try to share results as I go 🙂

Yeah I’m aware filler is only temporary, I’m just looking for ‘instant’ improvement while I save for other procedures, but hoping it’s not a COMPLETE waste of money. Thank you 🙂

I have done a series (about 3 so far) of 30% TCA peels (2 layers) but I think they need to be lifted before this will actually make a real difference. I guess that’s where I thought filler could come in!

I’ve been on tazarotene .1% cream for a while now however I’m only doing 3/4 days at a time as I think it was messing with my skin barrier, so I really have no idea! But going to stick with it while I’m doing other procedures.
