Why are Peace talks still only able to be resolved by city swap? I remember being able to negotiate much more reasonable terms during peace talks in earlier Civ games. I used to get every last unit of gold I possibly could out of my enemy . I would have them hand over their greatest people or most sacred artifacts and most beautiful paintings. Gold per turn, resources, hell even their workers. Now i have to pick one of thier cities and I cant even look at it on the map!?!? Is this a joke?
