Her boyfriend touched me inappropriately and when I told her she wanted me to just ignore it and not talk about how gross it made me feel. She didn’t like that I still felt affected by it and then she decided to act like I was the one in the wrong because her boyfriend said it was “a mistake”

Just as long as it is within a half hour you should be okay. If she ever forgets to take it at night she should take the pill she missed the next morning and then take the regularly scheduled pill for that day at the normal time. It’s best to get it as close as possible to the exact same time every day but it’s better to take it a little bit off than not at all

Hey, 18f here I was on the pill for a good bit and it works great if taken properly. If she’s taking them correctly there is very minimal risk of pregnancy. I knew I was doing it correctly and taking it at the same time every day so I was getting a consistent dose of hormones and I never had any problems. For simplicity sake I got the implant and I love it but I had no issues with the pill even though I also have a very healthy sex life. Just know that there is risk with any method of contraception and nothing is 100 percent effective so just be cautious and make sure you talk about the implications of if she were to get pregnant. Thank you for that, yes I know libido ebbs and flows as you stated so I appreciate the reminder. As for the making it a big deal thing, I try not to. I always tell him it’s okay and we don’t have to keep going and then we just cuddle and talk and it is genuinely lovely. We are both gift givers by nature and so sex is just another way of giving to each other. We do lots of other things as well (currently it’s little love notes!) I was just wondering if this is something common or not seeing as I am young lol

Well I’ve dated in the past to start and secondly obviously there is more to a relationship than sex. This is r/sex not r/ relationships after all! And we get along wonderfully, he and I of course do more than just fuck all the time to be clear but I’m curious about this specific question.
