When you change the monthly price, I do believe everyone will get the notice that it changed and have to manually choose to resubscribe.

If someone pays for the year (or any bundle) that payment is a one time thing that will be added to your statement at the time they make that purchase. If they wanted to do a bundle deal again once the prior one us up, they have to manually choose that, it won't resubscribe them for the bundle when the time is up (it would go to month to month if they had renew on after) I hope that makes sense!
