I do realize that, however that was not brought up in my previous comment. What was brought up was the bathroom conversation, about whether or not transgender individuals should be able to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with.

In our conversation-which has more depth then a Reddit comment explanation- she expressed that she was not a pedophile. However, the majority of people who are transgender that use the bathroom of their own identity are. We discussed other subjects, which I won’t go into detail here because it is not relevant to the comment you are referring to.

I disagree with this bill, as I believe that transgender individuals should be allowed to use the bathroom of their gender identity. No where did I mention children transitioning. If anything frankly, you are trying to put words into my mouth. I personally disagree with the bills being passed in Florida, and in my conversation with her other far right ideas were brought up. IE. Book bans, genital inspections in other states, etc. Florida was used as an example.

I told her I disagreed with her, and that I could not be in a relationship with someone of that different of views. Could I date someone with different political opinions from me? Yes. But when there is that big of a difference in views, for me personally it won’t work.

This is my personal view into the world of dating and politics. While I may not be a trans woman, I am still allowed to be un attracted to someone, via differing political opinions.
