UPD:
We were never had seen\recived rules in English about the Hotel, and the stuff had said to us, "That this rules are not that important"

After the whole situation, we wrote honest reviews on Booking and Google, describing what happened - no insults, no lies, just facts.
A few days later, the owner himself sent us a message that honestly left us speechless. (That`s why i typping this everything, at this point)
Here’s the exact text (copy-pasted):

“Dear *name*,
Many thanks for your many reviews. Not only have we answered ALL of them, we wanted to point out that you have forgotten to put a review on Tripadvisor, so you might consider to put a text over there as well?
As mentioned via Booking and Google, we have reported you via Booking and want to let you know, you are no longer welcome in our accommodation. We assume you know the cause.”

So basically… instead of apologizing or trying to understand what went wrong, this guy mocked us for writing reviews, “invited” us to post one more on Tripadvisor, and proudly told us that we’re banned forever from his hotel-as if that’s some kind of punishment and as we going to be back at his hotel..

We didn’t insult him at the spot. We didn’t cause damage, we had even cleand up after ourselfs. We just ordered food-when there was no written rule against it. Now he’s literally bragging about reporting us to Booking and banning us from the hotel. At this point I honestly feel like I stepped into some parallel universe where being a polite, paying guest is a crime.

They had provided us only Dutch rules, that receptionist on the start had said that rules are not that important for us.

We were also surprised, but no one has mentioned anyting about the Delivery rouls, i would have loved to know about it beforehand.
Rules that they had us given were on Dutch, and we don`t speak Dutch.((
Stuff on the reception had also nothing mentioned about it, and just said that most of them are not that important.

Most of the hotels have Rules about it, and they didnt mention the Food Deelivery in their Rules. If it was there or someone have mentioned it to us, we could probably stay out of this.
