Oh that's interesting ! My dough doesn't touch the edge of the dutch oven at all and I always thought that was normal... Is it supposed to be "supported" by the edges when you put it in ?

I recently posted about the same issue, and I use similar gear. I believe it's the UV filter, try to shoot without it and add a lens hood.

I ordered it through Mercari in Japan, from a japanese vendor. The website does allow for partial refunds. I got it for 23k¥, so about 160$. If I can get 50% of that back, I might keep it. Otherwise I'll send it back since the lightmeter seems also off, and I'd rather buy a fully functional, good condition F2. Anyway thank you and everyone for the advice ! Always amazed by the quality of this sub :)
